A Client-Driven Local General Contractor

As a general contractor experienced in working on large and small projects, we excel at keeping many balls in the air simultaneously. However, no matter how many responsibilities we’re juggling, our top priority is always you. Our number one purpose is to deliver your vision and exceed your expectations with our level of craftsmanship, aesthetic style, and construction quality. While we’re busy communicating with our team and the subcontractors, we’re always available to you before, during, and after the project is complete.

Qualified General Contractors

The crew at Shawn St. Germain Construction, Inc. has superior expertise and high safety ratings. We set up our projects for success right from the start by holding in-depth consultations with you. Because our top priority is meeting your expectations, those first meetings are vital for gathering the information we need to develop your estimate and understand the style you want to portray, your budgetary concerns, and your ideal timeline.

Shawn St. Germain seems very great and friendly at first but is actually aggressive and confrontational and will leave you with nothing but problems. His work is unsafe and falls apart very quickly and the products he suggests are terrible. Along with his own staff, all his subcontractors also don’t practice good work ethic and will leave unfinished work like using caulking as a fix all, grouting chipping off, pipes not being connected and unlabeled electrical box. I’m not even sure how he got our house to pass inspection. Save yourself the money and headache and find another contractor. 2 years later and we are still dealing with and having to fix every single thing he has done.
