We had an amazing experience working with Puzzle Construction on our condo renovation! Gary (the owner) and the entire team were incredibly easy to work with and consistently communicative throughout the process—especially impressive since the renovation took place while we were away on our international honeymoon. Before the project even began, they helped us get everything in order—creating a detailed spreadsheet to track the supplies we needed to purchase and double-checking dimensions and measurements to make sure nothing was overlooked (thank you Gabbie!). That level of preparation gave us a lot of peace of mind before we left. During the renovation, they made sure any decisions that needed our input were brought to our attention well in advance, along with helpful suggestions on how to proceed. By the time we returned, everything was completed on schedule, just in time for our move-in! A big shoutout to our project manager, Finys, who kept us in the loop with regular updates, pictures, and videos—even using a red laser pointer in the visuals to clearly highlight areas we should pay attention to! As first-time renovators, we really appreciated how the team offered thoughtful, non-invasive solutions that took into account the unique quirks and challenges of working with an older home. Absolutely stellar bathroom remodel by the puzzle team. Prompt responses on all the questions I had sent to Gary (owner) and his team arrived on time each day to begin work. Fit and finish is top notch as you can see everything is plumb, level, and installed dead flush. Wonderful, stress-free experience for this project. No headaches! The crew was meticulous and asked me for design input on small details such as tile spacing and my preference on placement of particular cuts. These questions are crucial to the final result as they have big impacts on the overall look. They were also very careful with my home and did not make any messes on the existing floors/carpets as they entered and exited constantly. I am 1000% on the picky end of the customer spectrum and Puzzle Construction did not disappoint. Great quality work, highly responsive, and delivers tremendous value.
