Yulia Goldshtrakh5 StarWe had a great pleasure working with Jen Jensen at PBK who helped us select all the plumbing, fixtures, lights and hardware for our remodel. Jen is so knowledgeable, has a great sense of style and attention to detail. Her work helped us to bring everything together. We are looking forward to working with her again in the future!Friday 8th September 2023
Maggie Resnick5 StarJen Jensen is amazing: Extremely knowledgeable and infinitely patient. I wouldn't have been able to remodel my two bathrooms without her! I was referred to her by a friend. Thank goodness!!!Sunday 18th February 2024
Roberta Woolfork5 StarI purchased a kitchen faucet and the accessories the deck and the soap dispenser. They were order separately, and my salesman Dan kept me informed on the turn around time. Nice high end fixtures.Thursday 9th February 2023
Beth Massi3 StarUpdate: the showroom manager contacted us back after the sales rep we were working with left unexpectedly. We have our faucet now.
I used these guys for an entire kitchen remodel about 4 years ago and they were great. So we recently went back to buy a faucet. We were told it came in and to go pick it up in Dublin. When we go there, the warehouse had nothing. We've tried to contact PBK all week with no response (emails and phone call). I'm ready to cancel the charge on the credit card. The customer service is terrible for an expensive high end place like this.Friday 21st May 2021
Seiyonne Suriyakumar2 StarCame in on a weekday afternoon. Managed to walk through the entire store before one of the 5 or 6 employees sitting at their desks looked up and asked (unenthusiastically) if I needed help.
Was hoping to get info and suggestions for a home remodel but didn't really feel like anyone cared or wanted to get up from their desks. Would rather go somewhere where staff actually cares to help.
Suggestion for staff: Greet a customer when they enter your showroom offer to be helpful. And if you don't care, at least pretend you do. It makes a huge difference when you are selling products that are as expensive as the ones you sell.Wednesday 19th December 2018
