This is a terrific company! We have used David to do multiple different projects on our house from large projects (a complete demo and remodel of our bathroom), to house painting, window installation and our latest project-- redoing our driveway with stamped concrete. All have been terrific which is why we keep coming back. David always finishes his projects on time and on budget. He is easy to get a hold of even on the weekends and keeps you in touch on the progress of the project. David has great vision and provides helpful suggestions to make sure the projects look just like you want them to. We trust David and his crew to do a great job on our home. This definitely won't be our last project.

We used LB Construction and Remodeling to remodel our bathroom, rewire our house, install new flooring in 3 bedrooms, install a picture window and sliding door, garage entry door and a sink in our garage in our home in Pacifica. The work exceeded our expectations and and the cost fit neatly into our budget. Work was completed on time and cleaned to expectation. Eran the project manager was very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He helped with the design and helped us pick out needed materials, Actually meeting us at the store . His communication was excellent, responding within an hour of all our calls. ( and there were alot) The crew lead by Jesus were skilled workers who over came every challenge they were presented with to complete the project in a timely fashion. They were friendly, respectful and courteous. Answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. I would use LB Construction and Remodeling again and recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel

After putting out 6 bids and being over charged by designs I didn't even use by a different company I finally found and chose LB Construction & Remodeling! David (Liran) was great to work with and from the get go was super transparent and honest in terms of the scope of the job as well as in pricing. No frills or upsells, just straight to the point in terms of my goals and desires for my bathroom remodel. Along the way he was super communicative and very accommodating, as several times I requested some changes be made. The original schedule was 4-6 weeks and we went 7 only because of delays for some materials and by no fault of David or the crew. Speaking of the crew....Carlos and Moises were awesome and from the beginning were super efficient in demolition right up to the end with all the final touches. They were super awesome to work with and the pride in their work showed with the final result. I am VERY pleased I chose LB Construction and will choose them again for future projects I have in mind. I am also very pleased with the final result of my new expanded bathroom! It looks great!

We have been delighted with the professionalism and skill of this company. We had been waiting years to get some renovations done, did our research, and were pleased beyond our best expectations. It started with a bathroom renovation, then expanded to an elevator removal and railing reconstruction at another property. That worked out so well that we expanded the work at our house into replacing our front doors and side doors, shoring up some foundation issues, and painting the entire exterior! There was no hard selling here. Dan, our project manager, worked with us to match our objectives and was cooperative when we scaled back certain elements of the projects and expanded others. Their pricing was competitive. The work crew was skilled, they were respectful of our wishes, and they cleaned up after each job was complete. The company was expert with local ordnances and expedited the necessary permits flawlessly. You can have confidence with LB Construction & Remodeling. They communicate well, have a wide variety of available services, and they will get it done.
