We hired KK Builders to renovate our home and backyard before we moved in. They did all our lighting, tile floors, bathroom renovations, crown molding, cabinets and many more details to make our home move in ready. Khalid worked with us to get everything just the way we wanted it and was very patient with the many requests we had. He is very experienced and it shows through his great work I would highly recommend working with him!

I entered into a contract with the entity a year ago for an 8 week contract. It is now more than a year later and the project is still not completed. The contractor Khalid was mostly absent during the construction, failed to respond to most communications, claimed they could do everything I asked but later I found out they failed at doing those things. They failed to primer a paint job which is already peeling. They failed to do a proper drainage assessment resulting in flooding of a patio that required repair from an alternate contractor. They did not do the electrical work to code. I am still struggling to get my final inspections done by myself and am learning of more and more deficiencies in the work he did. There every also vendors he worked with who he had paid that I ended paying in order to get my required paperwork. I strongly advise to not contact this contractor.
