We recently completed a full house remodel and spent a LOT of money on plumbing fixtures. Due to a screw up by our contractor, the beautiful curved Phylrich faucet in the powder room ended up ridiculously close to the vessel sink, making it virtually unusable. I found that Phylrich made a straight out spout that would provide amble room and called our plumbing supplier to help with obtaining one. Even though we had spent well over $20,000 with them for fixtures and accessories, they weren't interested in helping us with this 'small' purchase. I called other suppliers with the same lackluster result and was about to give up, until I found Mindy Ellison at Jack London Kitchen and Bath in Dublin. We met with Mindy to explain our situation, and what a breath of fresh air that was! She not only said she could order it, she went to considerable trouble with her contacts at Phylrich, to see if we could just get the spout and not have to buy the whole set with handles, which we didn't need. Sure enough, within a couple of days, Mindy had that all arranged saving us several hundred dollars. My only regret, is that we didn't know about Mindy Ellison and Jack London Kitchen and Bath BEFORE we made all these purchases for the remodel. My recommendation, go DIRECTLY to her....... FIRST!
