I was looking for a contractor to build a nice covered patio and remove our concrete and repave our back porch. In my search online I discovered Ingenious general contractor website. I really liked what I saw and called for a quote. Carlos called me back right away which was a good sign in my book and I was right. The work they did was beyond my expectations and their response to any calls or texts were handled immediately. I had another company (well known) come out previously and there estimate was almost double and it was a prefab cover. I knew the minute I met with Carlos that his company was going to meet my requirements. He said it would take about 2 weeks and he was absolutely right on, They started and finished in just over 2 weeks (rain delays). I also had one minor incident, I took pictures and sent to Carlos he said he would pay for the replacement, without issue. That is the way to do business and keep customers. I have already referred him to several people. and Yes if I have any other needs Ingenious General Construction is the first one I will call. Thank you Carlos, Edwardo and the whole crew... pictures are worth a thousand words.

Carlos was able to bid and complete a bathroom remodel for me within an ambitious timeframe and budget. The bathroom was original to my condo — 35 years old — and desperately in need of an update. His team were so friendly, hardworking, very respectful of my home, and did a great job cleaning up at the end. I’m so grateful for their expertise and how well they worked with minimal supervision, since I left during the day for work. Having this project finished feels like a dream come true! Highly recommend.

As a senior citizen, I can be a bit cautious when it comes to home renovations, but I’m so glad I chose Ingenious General Construction for my new outdoor patio cover! They did a wonderful job creating a lovely space with a fireplace, BBQ, heater, and recessed lights. It’s now my favorite spot to enjoy my morning coffee and spend time with family. Carlos and Karla were so kind and patient, always taking the time to explain things and answer my questions. Cesar, the project manager, made everything easy for me, ensuring that everything went smoothly and on time. They truly care about their clients, and I’m so happy with the beautiful patio they built for me!

Ingenious Construction did an amazing job with the remodel of both of the bathrooms in our home. They were able to bring our vision to life and were very professional and clean while doing so. Not only did they remodel our outdated bathrooms to a luxurious space, but they also helped with replacing our old sliding door with a new one, swapped our kitchen countertops, replaced our garage motor (that hasn't worked for years) with a silent motor, and installed a beautiful floor throughout the home to replace the old carpets and mix matched laminate flooring. We also decided to add new lawn and some landscaping modifications last minute and they did and amazing job with that as well! In the end our home turned out to be an amazing modern space. Carlos and his team went above and beyond for us during the whole process and I undoubtedly recommend them to anyone interested in doing any kind of construction work to their home.
