I worked with Sherry and had an excellent experience. I first met with her in their showroom where she explained/showed me all of my options and price points. Once I narrowed in on my general plan, she came to my house in San Francisco (w/ samples in hand) and measured my kitchen. A couple of days later I met with her at the showroom again and she presented drawings and renderings which was really fun because I got to sit with her while she made my requested edits. The cost and turn around time were pretty great too. For reference I paid $20K and had the cabinets in just under 7 weeks. Before deciding on Distinctive, I went to 4 other cabinet shops and a local cabinet maker and the range was quite vast. The lowest cost option was $17K & 12 weeks (for lower quality and less attractive wood and color options) and the highest cost option was $50K & 8 weeks, and I'm sure the cabinets would have been great but I doubt they could have been much nicer, if at all. I've already recommended Sherry to two of my friends who are also looking at doing kitchen remodels. Thank you Sherry!

When my husband and I decided to overhaul the kitchen in his 90 yr old family home I visited all the kitchen showrooms in WC and surrounding areas. On the first visit to Distinctive Cabinetry we met Craig and it was the beginning of a perfect partnership! I know Craig was busy with other clients designs but he was always responsive and full of great ideas. Months after ordering our cabinets we learned we needed to hire a new contractor and I immediately contacted Craig who came to our rescue putting us in touch with one of their trusted contractors. We truly had the perfect team in place to make our dream a reality. At the start of this project we never fully realized the myriad of decisions that come with a kitchen remodel and the transformation didn't happen overnite but nothing worth doing is easy or quick. Fast forward to today, we are blown away by our kitchen! It turned out more beautiful than we could have ever imagined and we spend as much time as possible in our gorgeous new space! One of our favorite kitchen features happens to be our coffee bar. This design element was never on our radar but Craig incorporated it into his initial design and we instantly knew we had to have it. Any home remodel is a huge investment in time and money so at the end of it you want to LOVE every little detail of your new space. In order to get your desired result you need a great team that can turn your vision into reality. I love that even though we thought we knew exactly what we wanted for our kitchen Craig incorporated details we never knew we wanted or needed. I loved working with Sherry on my cabinets! She listened carefully to what I wanted and then had suggestions I hadn’t thought of to improve the design and I can’t be happier. It looks stunning and I just love sitting in my new kitchen. It did take some time for my cabinets to be made but once they were there it was totally worth it.

I had the pleasure of working with Sherry on our kitchen remodel. Her customer service and expertise truly exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process, Sherry was always helpful, patient, and a clear communicator.
