Our house was built in 1926. BEC built a new bathroom and laundry room, renovated old bathroom and made it larger, added a new bedroom closet, re-tiled the kitchen and installed a new hardwood floor in the study. Ofer and his team did very good work; we're delighted with the results. Professional crew, worked hard on our project, great to deal with. Tile guy was a perfectionist and we got the results we really wanted. We are looking forward to hiring Bay Easy for some more work. Ofer and his gang have done magic to my house! First, they added a big balcony to my master bedroom which allows me to now enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee in hand. Then, we (they) did a major upgrade to master bathroom and the kitchen. Really appreciated how they kept on task and minimized noise and dust as much as humanly possible. We love our new diggs! Love these guys. Ofer and his company helped with an add-on and extensive remodel. We drove them crazy because we constantly changed what we wanted. Ofer always was patient and gave us different ideas and options that would work for us. I'm so glad we used them because our house is so beautiful now :). Ofer was always on time, polite, and made sure things always got done. Thanks Bay Easy Construction!!

Worked with Ofer as our contractor and had an excellent experience. Installed a skylight in the front room. The full project took 2 days and cost about 4.5k (including materials). Ofer and his team were punctual, flexible, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. True professionals.

Work done: Added a bathroom closet by stealing some space from a very deep bedroom closet which was behind one of the bathroom walls. Relocated the bathroom light switch and added an electrical outlet. We schedule an appointment with Offer to come out for a quote. We chose Bay Easy because we had met them before when we were organizing some quotes for another project in our home a few years ago. We were very impressed so we called them first when we needed more work done. For the quote, Ofer arrived on time with his project manager, Jessie Elquist and two members of his construction team. They were all very courteous, removed their shoes upon entering the house and were very thoughtful in their decisions regarding what would and wouldn't work. They were also very thoughtful to explain what they might possibly encounter once the walls were opened. You never know with these old houses (1929). We eventually discovered, once work was underway, that there were no surprises behind the walls - whew! The cost for the project was on the high side but in the end, I wanted quality work and that was my biggest concern. I felt comfortable with paying a little more and knowing that Offer would stand by his work and make sure that his team did an outstanding job - which they did! They quoted 5 days for the project and that's exactly what it took. We had 4 days for the demo, building and finishing work. The final day was scheduled later, to install the closet doors. My husband and I ordered these separately because we wanted something very specific. We needed the build out of the closet completed before we could determine the exact size to order. Therefore, Offer agree to come back later, once the doors arrived, and paint and install the doors. This part of the job was completed in in 2 parts. First, they picked up the doors and took them away for painting. A couple of days later, they spent the day installing the doors. I should also mention that the installation was done on Christmas Eve. Although it was the day before a major holiday, they took their time and made sure that the doors were hung as perfect as possible. 2 months later and we are still thrilled with the outcome. They did a beautiful job. Everyone at Bay Easy was pleasant to work with. They were all very courteous. Bay Easy will be my first call if I need more construction work done in my home.
